The Happy Side of Business challenge will support one business that is paying it forward to its customers.
Some of the greatest small businesses in our communities focus not just on inventive products or making a profit, but ensuring that their customers are happy. However, finding just the right balance of service that delights and surprises customers is key. We are looking for innovative and memorable ways that small business owners like you are saying thanks to customers, or simply serving customers in the best way possible. Have you created a customer service plan that makes the most of your employees, your work plan, and your unique style of business?
Help inspire your fellow small business community by telling us why your customers are the best in the world, and the innovative ways your business provides service so that these happy customers keep coming back for more. We want to celebrate small businesses that continually knock it out of the park, so we’ll be featuring one small business on GOOD, in addition to providing a $10,000 grant so this business can keep paying it forward to its customers!
Submissions are open from June 17 to July 22, noon Pacific Time, and the business will have a chance to navigate the growing small business sector with advice from experts—and $10,000. The chosen company will be selected based on its ability to support the needs of customers in meaningful and innovative ways. The business will also win a feature on GOOD to inspire other companies through its successes and challenges.
